The Cairns Castle cubby house gives your kids plenty of room to run, jump and play. It is one of our bigger cubby houses and has two decks, which makes it perfect for large and growing families. Mums with young children who cannot be outside on their own will love the railings on this cubby house. Just bring a chair and hang out on the deck while your little one plays within your sight and your older children will play in the cubby and nearby deck.

Your children can use the space inside the cubby to set up house using kid-size chairs and a table, doll furniture and of course all of their stuff animals will need to come and join in on the fun. You can help your child decorate their cubby with pictures and kids craft items like wind chimes or kites for the deck.

The Cairns Castle cubby house will be fun for the whole family. It gives you a place to allow your children to play, but parents can also ‘get invited’ to their kids playhouse and enjoy in some festivities. Have a family game night or enjoy an afternoon tea together. Games can be the run around outside kind, like tag, or you can break out the board games and play those inside your cubby house. You will not believe all of the toy accessories that are available for the Cairns Castle. They include a full or half front door with a handle that can be attached, flower boxes to pretty up the front and side windows of the cubby house, skylights for more natural light in the cubby house, and a letter box. These will all help your children feel right at home in their cubby house. My favourite accessory is the Skylight for this type of cubby house. It will allow more natural light into the cubby and looks great with this style of roof.

Additional outdoor toys that will go with your cubby house and fort are also available to purchase. Your children will enjoy their use as well. These toys range from animal themed spring rockers, swing sets, ropes and wooden toys like a ship’s steering wheel where your child can be captain of their own fleet. There are also choices for you to make, like a roof colour, which will help your child’s backyard play area complement your home. The cubbies also come with standard toys, like the hand rails, a periscope and steering wheel.

All our cubby house kits can be shipped anywhere in Australia. The pre-cut pieces are very easy to assemble and all of the easy to read directions come in your cubby house kit. The cubbies are designed for the average handyman to put together, but you are not alone! DIY consultants are always available to give you a hand through online DIY videos here, through email, and over the phone during normal business hours.

Your cubby will need to be collected from the freight depot as Toll do not deliver palletised goods to residential addresses. If you have a business address with a resident forklift we can ship directly to the business address.

Alternatively a HIAB crane truck can cost between $200 – $400 to deliver from the depot to your house, (…But it’s probably easier for you to arrange yourself by searching Gumtree :D)
